Our line connects you with a dispatcher who arranges service. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Same-day appointments are offered when available and are not guaranteed. Arrival times depend on conditions we do not control.
Pricing
Prices are given by phone or on site before work starts, based on the job as understood at that time. If a plumber finds a different condition once a wall, floor or line is opened, you will hear the change and the new price before the extra work begins.
Third-party providers
Work is performed by licensed and insured plumbers dispatched through our line. Check any Washington contractor on the state Labor and Industries Verify tool at any time.
