Phone calls
This website has no forms. The main way to reach us is by calling (206) 864-6558. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call, we may collect your phone number, your name if you give it, your address and a description of the problem so we can send a plumber.
We use that information to dispatch service, to follow up on the visit and to improve how calls are handled. We do not sell it.
If you email contact@expressplumbermountlaketerrace.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply.
Website data
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps, and those services may receive your IP address when the page loads. We do not run advertising trackers on the pages.
Sharing
We share your details with the plumber assigned to your job, and with service providers who help us run the phone line. We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by calling (206) 864-6558 or emailing us. If you do not want calls recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call and ask how to proceed.
Children
This site is for adults who manage a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
